Is Cassunzine for-profit or charity?
Cassunzine (including the Charity Sticker and Tip Jar) is non-profit. Any profits after production costs will be donated to Allies in Arts, a charity supporting Queer & BIPOC Artists. You can learn more about Allies in Arts here.
What goes into production costs? Are participants compensated?
The host and participants are not monetarily compensated, but are guaranteed a free copy of Cassunzine with free shipping.
Production costs include free zines, merch, and shipping to the participants; zine printing, sticker printing, package materials; mailing of materials to/from the host; taxes and store/transaction fees.
Ordering / Order Changes
When will the Early Bird bundle end?
Early bird sales will end on December 12th at 11:59pm EST.
You will know if your order includes the bundle if it says [EARLY BIRD] in the item description.
When will Preorders end?
Preorders will end on January 31st at 11:59pm EST.
Will there be Leftover sales?
Depending on production, there may be leftover zines sold at an increased cost. We will not know if leftover sales are possible until all preorders have been fufilled and arrived to patrons.
Do you accept bulk (3 or more zines) or group orders?
Yes, but please email us first at [email protected] as shipping prices may increase.
Do you accept refunds?
Refunds may only be processed during the initial preorder period (until January 31st). Please email us at cassunzine@gmail.
I'd like to change something in my order (address, name, etc). Who do I contact?
Please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible. We can only change orders in advance. Once orders have been shipped we cannot alter them.
I'd like to add more items to my order. Who do I contact?
Please email us at [email protected]. Requests can only be honored during the preorder period. Patrons may be issued a discount code for free/reduced shipping if applicable. Any items added will be mailed as one package with the original order.

When will items be shipped?
Estimated shipping in March 2023. However, Cassunzine is a PREORDER. Please allow extra time for production, potential delays, and transit.

The United States of America.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States and its territories and most parts of the world.

Will VAT be charged when I place my order?
No, we will not be collecting VAT on behalf of patrons. You may encounter additional fees after your package has been processed by your customs agency. These fees are the responsibility of the patron.

What if my country temporarily restricts international packages following the initial ship date?
You will be contacted to choose to wait until restrictions are lifted OR be issued a refund.
What happens to damaged or lost packages?
All packages are tracked but not insured.
Cassunzine organizers will be responsible for replacing or refunding packages lost due to our negligance.
Example: Incorrect/missing items, defected merch caused by mishandling during packaging, address on the postal label not matching the address on the order.
Cassunzine organizers will NOT be responsible for replacing or refunding packages due to neglience from postmen or patrons, or weather damage.
Example: Incorrect address inputted by patron, orders shipped to old addresses without patrons notifying our team in advance, mishandling or damage during transit.
